From Belfast follow the A24 to Ballynahinch through the town centre following signs for Newcastle. Continue on the A24 through Seaforde and Clough. Dundrum is the next village.

From Newry take the A25 through Rathfriland to Castlewellan. At Castlewellan take the A50 to Newcastle and follow the road signs through the town for Dundrum.
